I don’t normally post things like this, but this is a special case. I would greatly appreciate it if you would vote for my college friend’s daughter.  She’s in an essay contest for a scholarship. Thanks for your help!

Hello All:

I have entered an essay in an online scholarship contest.  If I win I could get up to $5,000!  I could really use this money for the upcoming college expenses.  The winners are determined by how many online votes the essays receive so I need your help.

All you have to do is go to http://rvos.com/essay/voting and click “creat voting account”  it will ask you to give an email. It will then send you a username and password to your email account. Go back and login to your account.  Once you have done that go to “essay search” on the left side column of the page.  Type my name into the search box (Rachel Smith) and my essay will come up. Click the link to read my essay. It will take you to my essay,  where you can read it and click the “vote for this essay” on the upper right side.  Then you are done!

Each email address can only vote once, so if you have more than one email address, feel free to vote more than once.   I would SO appreciate your vote!
